The level of service and professionalism I have received here is phenomenal. I started going to see Dr. Donowho upon recommendation from a friend after developing a tooth sensitivity and now I use this office for my routine dental visits as well. They are helping me go through measured options to diagnose the issue, which I appreciate from a financial sense. I also highly recommend Clare as a dental hygienist in particular as she has been especially accommodating to me, has made great recommendations to help reduce the sensitivity, and I have seen improvement! I don't like going to the dentist...therefore, it is important to me to have someone who is just as concerned about my teeth as I am. I know money is important. I just don't have what I need to do what needs to be done. Because of chemo, I've had to delay my dental care, and just now getting back on my feet. I get so tired of saying, "I can't afford it", but they are working with me on my dental care, and for that I am grateful & blessed. I had sent cavities drilled and a cap replaced recently. I'm so happy with the results. I no longer feel any sensitivity to hot or cold foods and there was no period of discomfort after the anesthetic wore off. I have been taking my teenagers there for a few years now. The wait is always short, they take good care of the kiddos, explaining to them why they need to keep their teeth clean and what work is going to be done on their teeth. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have to drive from one side of town to the other to but I wouldn't change dentists for the world.
